INTERNET DISRUPTIONS ACROSS ASIA

SUBMARINECABLES

The internet and telecommunications between Asia and Europe was reportedly cut down (by most probably trawler nets) between Italy and Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea causing a major outcry for many internet users especially those who rely heavily on the website traffics. Businesses, especially those online ones, call centers, BPOs and others are likely to be badly hit by this outage, which were already undergoing severe economic downfall these days.

At this moment, most of the Asian countries are still experiencing slow browsing, poor throughput and high latency problems as the submarine cables known as SE-ME-WE3, SE-ME-WE4 and FLAG got damaged as early as 19 December 2008 and there were no time frame set for the restoration of all the three damaged cables. It was unclear how long the repairs would be back to normal as the cables might have been trawled many kilometers away from their normal positions and relocating them could be hard tasks. Once located, the cables would be brought to the surface and repair fiber by fiber and it could take days due to their huge sizes.

Bloomberg reported that priority will be to recover the SEA-ME-WE 4 cable, then the SEA-ME-WE 3 cable. There was information from France Telecom that SMW4 could be operating by Dec. 25 and that the situation for SMW3 should be back to normal by Dec. 31. The SMW4 cable, also known as SEA-ME-WE 4 or South East Asia- Middle East-Western Europe 4 cable network, connects 12 countries: Pakistan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Italy and France. A third line, operated by FLAG Telecom, was also cut and will be repaired by another ship. No date was stated for its restoration.

MY CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION SCRIPT WAS PICKED

CCSI III BACKGROUND1

Finally, the CCSI Little Production Studio had decided to use my script for their newest production scheduled to be released on 10 & 11 May 2008. Many of you may not know what CCSI stands for. CCSI means Cat/Canine Crime Scene Investigation. You did not read wrongly. It is all about furry animals dressed up in human forms and solving crime scenes cases. This is going to be yet another great production ever produced since the studio’s last two successful productions from last year onwards.

When would be the most appropriate time than to release it prior to Mothers’ Day which will fall on 11 May 2008. The latest production would be called CCSI III – The Missing Mummy Caper, written by yours truly from Malaysia, directed by Opus & Roscoe from Italy, produced by Sassy & her Little Productions Team from USA, and marketed by Momo from Australia. This production will feature many talented furry animals such as cats, dogs and bunny throughout the blogosphere.

Do not miss the opportunity to spend some value time with your mother this weekend while enjoying the story line of the case. Please make a mark on your calendar now. It is going to be aired for two consecutive days starting from 10 May 2008 at Sassy’s site.

LATEST INTRODUCTION TO ONLINE ADVERTISING

EARNPPP

Firstly, let me ask you all a few basic questions. Do you like to get a 100% free opportunity to be involved in the latest breakthrough technology that will be swarming the internet market soon? Do you want to earn off your website(s) by doing practically nothing except to put in some codes? Do you want to earn up to 3-tier residual income by referring others? Do you want to receive massive residual income by doing nothing and yet get paid weekly? If all the above answers are “yes”, then you should continue reading the “how” to get yourself in as pioneers to the latest online advertising company, Pay-Per-Play. It is the chance of the century as opportunities are rather limited. Remember this, opportunity rarely knock on the door twice.

What is Pay-Per-Play (PPP)? It is a revolutionary form of advertising where the ad would be in a 5 second audio form. You can listen to the sample ad here. It does not require any of your website space except to insert a few lines of Java Script into your HTML/CSS area as you would do for other advertising ads. It would be played once per visitor without generating any annoyance to them. PPP system is really wonderful. You get paid just for playing the audio ad when a visitor visit your site, not like most Pay Per Click companies that pay you only if a visitor to click on the ad.

Now come to the interesting part of benefits. What are the benefits you will gain by joining Pay-Per-Play? Well, there will NO LIMIT and NO RESTRICTIONS on how many websites/blogs you would want the ad to be in or how you want to add in. You can even run PPP ads on free hosting servers. You can earn 25% commission by just hosting the PPP code on their website(s). On top of that, you will get 5% of what the advertiser spends on PPP ads played on the website(s) of those you refer and another 5% of what the advertiser spends on PPP ads played on the website(s) that your direct referrals bring on board.

PPP audio ads will officially start on 1st February 2008 and payment will be weekly. The payment modes are PayPal, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. As for paper check, PPP will only issue check for a minimum of $25. It is estimated that they will pay USD1-3 cents for each audio ad played. That means the more websites and traffics you have, the more income you will generate. A free affiliate program is available also for a short time only. Get a guaranteed 100% conversion rate on your website visitors. Waste no more time now, sign up and get your referrals to do so too!

FLASHBACK 2007

2007 has been a wonderful year since I started blogging. It all started on 30 April 2007 with my first posting titled 十八岁的回憶, meaning memories when I was 18 years old. Well, that was my first and last posting in Chinese. I realized that in Blogger, there are more English blogs rather than Chinese blogs and the chances of earning some pocket money through advertising companies like Nuffnang would be slim if I were to have postings in Chinese. From then onwards, all my articles were in English and it was surely fun.

Time flies real fast. Within a short period of 8 months, I have hit more than 330 posts and was given quite a few awards such as the Thinking Blogger, Awesome Guy Blogger, Power of Schmooze and Breakout Blogger. Moreover, I have put my computer graphical skills to test with the creation of hundreds of graphic and photography designs for posts as well as for banners. Here are some of them:

FLASHBACK2007PIX

With self motivation, commitment and high spirit, I went deeper and deeper into expressing my thoughts and experiences in life by sharing what I have learned through my growing up years until who I am now. That is why I have adopted the name Criz’s Sanctuary, a place where there will not be short of love, life and relationship. Within days of being a newbie in the blogosphere, I was noted by the infamous AhPek and that pushed me to excel further into blogging. Thanks AhPek, I will surely not forget you for the spark you have given me to strive for the best in life.

Barely two weeks from joining in the blogosphere, I had another surprise. This time, it is from another family man. It is none other than PapaJoneh. Not only did he become my closest friend and buddy, he has given me the best time of my years. It is needless to say that his support, advice and guidance are like a precious diamond, priceless and flawless. Thank you for everything you have done for me friend. I appreciate it a lot.

I got to know many other bloggers who one way or another, who have guided and inspired me to stay on in the blogosphere. Cedric, thanks for showing me a better platform to start blogging. Pikey, thanks for the sharing of many priceless tips. Zewt, thanks for the support and inspiration articles you have posted up to keep me moving on. Wuching, thanks for the kick in the butt with your sense of humour to make my life joyful. Sweetpea, thanks for your sharing on how happy a family should be. Annabel, thanks for the support and sharing even though the time difference between here and Switzerland is so far apart. Lasker & Elise, thanks for the good times I had with ShoutOut.

Azmeen, thanks for the IT knowledge and good advices which you have shared with me. Daniel & Satkuru, thanks for the little tips here and there in making my blogs more interesting. EastCoastLife, thanks for tickling me always with your humour. Singapore mummy rocks! Jamie, thanks for the fun I had with Photo Hunt. It really stretched my creativity in photography. Well, at the rate I am going, I do not think I can thank everyone in one posting. To my readers and commentators, thanks for your support. I will try my best to blog better articles. To all the shouters, thanks for the good time you have given me. To those photo hunters, thanks for the support and opportunity to know you all from all over the world.

SCREENSHOT 30DEC2007

In order to show my appreciation, I would like to introduce you to the official launching of my new website Insight Criz. There is going to be a party all the way but drinks would be served in cyberspace. Haha… For this new acquired entity, I would be covering mostly on general life issues. It is going to be a thinking blog and I hope you all like it too. Anyway, this flashback post is getting a bit too lengthy. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone “HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!
