I m using maxis broadband and my sister are using celcom broadband. at home, I m using streamyx. well, I end up no using maxis broadband because the modem is bulky, the sim is lock, the contract is one sided, the bill that I ve to pay for the unused services is not a big issues. I have no problem for paying rm 68 permonth for decent services. but please don't suck ppl hard earned money. this is the last time i m using maxis services. i m switching to celcom broadband. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267192239745746138.post-77773194912908562852008-05-08T08:42:00.000+08:002008-05-08T08:42:00.000+08:00Happy Birthday Criz!! :wave:Happy Birthday Criz!! :wave:Laskerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03389912902835171777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267192239745746138.post-6685616573688599192008-05-06T16:31:00.000+08:002008-05-06T16:31:00.000+08:00angeles: I heard u-mobile also received lots of co...angeles: I heard u-mobile also received lots of complaints in Klang Valley. In fact I think Malaysian Wireless Broadband companies are still in their baby stage. Wired should be at least better and stable.

ruhani rabin: Thanks for hooking up. As a customer who pays for a service and not getting the most of it,who would not complaint? Promised 3.6Mbps and getting an average of 200kpbs reading all the time? In fact, recently it got worst. I could not even get any sites to open up in less than half an hour.

papajoneh: I believed that some areas are getting good frequencies for certain ISP but I think it is real stupid not to be able to access high speed in Penang's city centre where most businesses are, right?

izzat: You are right about that. Don't you think that rushing to get something that has not been fully tested and troubleshot will eventually incur more complaints and losses to any company?

Anonymous: I do not know who you are but if you really had read everything that I had written, you would notice that the case was in past tense and your information is stated in the Maxis FAQ as enclosed.

Anonymous: Why are you supporting them when all proofs of a lousy service had been clearly attached? Read again, if I have a fixed line, why would I use a wireless broadband? By the way, not everyone is a Maxis mobile subscriber, especially in Penang.Criz Laihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14236091977189115069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267192239745746138.post-22336004633802880082008-05-06T15:54:00.000+08:002008-05-06T15:54:00.000+08:00i believe calling the 1800 number is free from any...i believe calling the 1800 number is free from any Maxis mobile or any fixed line. as off Dec 2007.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267192239745746138.post-82651713941696883822008-05-05T15:55:00.000+08:002008-05-05T15:55:00.000+08:00Now you can terminate without any penalty. I also planned to subscribe Maxis BB before this but in fact its still new service, so I'm decide to wait for their current customers feedback. Guess what, most of the feedbacks are negative feedback. Same as what you've said in this post.

from my opinion, the reason why they provide such service is just because they don't want to leave behind. when they see others competitors start offering wireless broadband service, they also want to offer. in fact, they maybe not ready to offer such service which needs lot of maintainance of their hardware and networks. that's why the prob occur. slow connection speed, can't connect to internet, always dc etc. nway, this just my ppov, the real story behind this I don't know..izzathttp://izzatruslan.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1267192239745746138.post-24497261210384690902008-05-04T13:58:00.000+08:002008-05-04T13:58:00.000+08:00Hmm... you're really patient my friend.
