Ingredients:
1 kg Hor Fun (open up and cut into 1” strips)
300 gms glass noodles (soak for 30 min and drained)
3 pulps garlic (chopped)
300 gms medium prawns (peeled and marinate with some pepper, soya sauce & sugar)
1 chicken breast meat (sliced and marinate with pepper, soya sauce & sesame oil)
300 gms bean sprout (taugeh)
1 stalk of spring onion and chilly (for garnishing)
2 1/2 Tablespoon Cili Boh (Blended Chillies)
4 eggs
salt and sugar to taste
Method of cooking:
- Saute some chopped garlic with some oil and stir fry the Hor Fun. Put in some pepper and soya sauce. Scoop up and put aside.
- Stir fry the prawns and chicken meat individually and put aside.
- Put in 6 Tablespoon oil and stir in the Cili Boh. Put in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 3 Tablespoon of soya sauce. Stir fry until you get the pungent smell.
- Put in the eggs and stir until it is cooked.
- Put in some water (about 40ml)
- Put in the glass noodles and stir evenly.
- Put in the cooked Hor Fun and stir evenly.
- Put in the cooked prawns and chicken meat. Stir evenly.
- Put in the bean spout and stir until the bean sprout becomes almost transparent.
- Dish out onto a plate and garnish with sliced chillies and spring onions
(Serves: 4-6)
As for dessert, I took some mini glutinous rice dumpling with some Malaccan brown sugar mixed with coconut milk.

Have u tried honeydew sago with coconut milk? It's a great desert.
Glass noodles is known as "tung fan" in cantonese right? It's not the same as vermecili (sp?) right?

anna: Yea...not too spicy too. Suitable for kids as well. Gosh...it's has been ages since I took blended honey dew with sago and coconut milk. :P
